Dear Colleague,
I would like to ask for an appeal to grant the extension of incomplete grade for PHYS 345 as well as PHYS 350 in 2019 winter term. Since these two course are completed by the academic requirement, but the date is expired by the deadline on Sept. 15th. I was asked to submit a new appeal including these two course as well.
I'm very sorry that I didn't ask for the extension for these two courses in my previous appeal. I didn't notice that the change of grade also needs to be done before the make-up period. I will be really appreciated if you can help me on that again
