Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I am requesting an Aegrotat consideration for the work I completed in ENGL 442 with Dr. Shelley King. I have had extensive correspondence with the school, Dr. King, and Dr. Bongie acting-head of the English Department at Queen's. All are in agreement that this would be the best option for me and that this would allow me to finish my degree. In order to keep this brief I will just point out the support I have from the school for this matter and remark that this is due to my issues with mental health that have been documented. Should you have any comments or questions about my illnesses, please refer to my recent appeal submitted in September and if more information is required please let me know.
