Petition Letter
Dear Dr. Stephenson,
I am appealing to drop Math474 and Stat455 (Fall 2019) after the academic deadline. I have delayed two of my final exams due to an acute episode (diarrhea) due to a chronic disease (PCOS). However, I would still like to drop them after the rescheduled exams which accounts 90 and 80 of the total grade.
I would like to add a new in-patient document and disease diagnosis to explain the extenuating situation that I stayed in the hospital during the winter break and did not recover from viral enteritis and having fever in the beginning the January during those rescheduled exams.
