Petition Letter

Dear Dr. Jenn Stephenson,
I am writing to ask for appeal to drop the course, MUSC370, from my studies and for a full refund. In late February and early March, I was diagnosed by a Rheumatologist, Dr. Gill, with fibromyalgia. The course, MUSC370, is an advanced conducting course that requires participation and a lot of physical movement. Thus, I have not been able to fulfill the academic requirements for this course due to extenuating circumstances.
To make up this credit, I plan to pursue summer studies online from May to July 2020.
I have attached a letter from my family physician, Dr. Das, indicating my diagnosis.
