Academic Plan
I plan to retake the Health 102 course when it is offered in Winter 2021. I have recently completed a summer course in Anatomy. I plan to take four courses next term to lighten the load and when I register for Winter 2021, I will take Health 102 as well as the other courses that I have researched. I will also take another course in Summer 2021.
My plan is to apply for Health Studies as my major in May 2021 as my undergrad degree. I have researched all the core and options courses that are required for Health Studies Major. I have also researched the prerequisite courses for entry into the Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Program which I plan to apply to after my undergrad degree. I have mapped out that I need 120 units for my undergrad degree- this will comprise a combination of core courses, options courses as well as courses in physiology, anatomy and statistics as recommended from the Rehabilitation Program. I will use the prerequisite courses as listed in the rehabilitation program as my electives and while taking these courses, receive the foundation needed and recommended by the prerequisite admission information
I say to you that my physical illness, combined with the events of Covid 19, truly were extenuating circumstances and that I prepared to succeed in my future studies. Respectfully, I ask that you please allow me to drop Health 102.
