Academic Plan
My academic plan for success is briefly covered in the other written statement but I will detail further. Knowing both trusted and academically astute friends, one of which recently switched into ECON 361, I am familiar with the syllabus, course load, deadlines, materials, and expectations. I have been interested and able to manage my other courses but ECON 320 is not suitable for the same reasons of interest, workload, and class structure. I have a strong background knowledge in the technical parts of my degree that are required for ECON 361 (specifically econometrics) but do not have the same interest or technical graph of ECON 320 (macroeconomics). Knowing the deadline for the first assignment is weeks away, I have sufficient time and interest in the material to learn it quickly and succeed along with both being aided by my peers and assassinating them as well in the course.
