To Whom This May Concern:
I am an online non degree student at Queens. I have completed one course at Queens which is PSYC 100 in the summer of 2019.
In the Fall of 2019, I reviewed a number of available courses and selected PSYC 221 as the next course I would enrol into at Queens. At the point, I only put the course in my check-out basket and waiting to complete the process.
Meanwhile, while I was waiting to complete my enrolment into the course, I learned that my husband is going to have a spine surgical procedure in September 2019. The recovery period will takes about three months and I have a full time job. Given these situations, I then decided not to go ahead and enrol into the course.
I did enrol in PSYC221 in the fall of 2019, and therefore appeal that the University to remove F grade from my academic record and by same account reverse the fees charged.
