Petition Letter
I am writing this appeal for my STATS 263 course which has an exam scheduled for tomorrow, Friday Dec 11, 2020. Within the last week I¿¿ve got news of my brain MRI results which shows multiple brain lesions. This is related to the same extenuating circumstances from this October. Unfortunately I don¿¿t believe I am at all prepared to be writing an exam tmr for the reasons stated above. This has been very hard for me this week and has caused me lots of anxiety. In addition I¿¿ve got an appointment with the neurologist tomorrow dec 11 and will hopefully get a more clear idea of what¿¿s going on.
I am asking for an extension for this exam. I think I will be in a better head space by next week once I get better idea from the neurologist. Simply, I am hoping I can get the exam rescheduled for next week.
