Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I have been struggling for the past two years with my mental health and personal extenuating circumstances beyond my control at home. My mom does not speak English and because my younger brother is in jail, I have been going back and forth to Toronto to help her prepare for his hearing. In addition, my own mental health has been severely affected by his absence, and I had to increase my dosage in anti-depressants back in late September and the side-affects have caused me to lose my concentration and focus as well. As a result, I have not been able to keep up with all my courses due to the special circumstances this year to having everything moved online too. I hope to start afresh next term and catch up on my third-year courses and re-take the courses I have dropped this term in my fourth year. I love DEVS and I really hope to succeed in the future, and I am so sorry that I am not able to finish them this year.
