Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
My name is Adam Sedore and I am appealing the academic drop deadline for three courses for the fall semester. The fall semester was a challenging semester for my mental health in regards to anxiety and depression. My mental health issues have lead me to be physically unable to participate in school work and evaluations. The bulk of the issues holding me back from academics happened after the drop deadline. The time it took to go see doctors and make arrangements for dealing with my health hindered my attendance and completion of school work.
