Dear Dr. Stephenson,
I am requesting to appeal the One-Term Deadline for the course COMM 251 I took Summer 2020.
I have been having a lot of issues with stress and anxiety and was having a very hard time with the course while trying to cope with my ongoing anxiety. I have been talking to my therapist and doctor about panic attacks, stress, anxiety as well as not being able to sleep well. Please see my supporting documentation.
