Petition Letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm really sorry to bother you.
My appeal is to request a withdrawl from Queen's, as well as all my 2020 Fall and Winter classes, as I'm in fact not studying at Queen's.
The reason why I didn't apply for a withdrawl earlier, is that I didn't even know that I should actually send an application like this myself, until a T4A Tax Slip was sent to my home in China. I'm truly sorry for all these.
It was my parents who suddenly decided to send me to another university instead of Queen's in September 2020, as they could therefore pay a cheaper tuition, which was a quite critical factor for a Chinese family like us. I didn't have the opportnity to make the decision myself, thus I didn't realize that I should send a formal application like this to confirm the withdrawl.
