Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I have received approvals for these courses recently or in the past therefore, I suggest the following:

I will take the PHAR 380, BCHM 218, and CHEM 381; May and June 2021;

I will take the PHGY 218, PHAR 100, PHGY 216 in and August 2021;

No summer registrations are foreseen.

I will take BCHM 270 or BCHM 218 in July 2021 (Summer).

I would be allowed to follow the courses online with OnQ;

I have received permission to sit PHAR 380 and BCHM 218.
