Academic Plan
Previously, I wanted to be major in psychology. This is the very reason why I retake psychology this year. However, I really struggled learning this course, and I found out that I was really good at philosophy. I change my mind. Instead of taking psychology as my major, I chose philosophy. I am successful in philosophy. In order to test my ability, I already enrolled in 2 upper year philosophy classes during the summer term. I really enjoy learning it and I am good at it. I want to learn philosophy in the future. My other plan which is about my GPA have been included in my appeal letter. The issue that I have with stress handling can be solved or improved if I book an appointment with Queen's psychologist once I come back to Kingston. I can improve my social anxiety issue by attending to the meeting for international students in Queens and my family members can visit me to remission it. I can make more friends in the international student centre and practice my social skills. Also, I can discuss these issues with the psychologist. I already have some contacts with my philosophy class TA and he is willing to help me. I will not be completely alone. There are people and resources who can support me and help me move over the obstacles. I know these resources and have a clear mind to solve possible issues that I may encounter. I have also include an academic plan in my appeal. If there are any missing, I hope this one can help to satisfy the requirements.
