Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I am a few units behind on my degree as I chose to take a lighter course load in my first year due to the very unknown circumstances of the pandemic, and as I was playing football. My situation has recently changed and I am hoping to get back on track with my degree. For this reason, I have been in contact with my academic advisor Vanessa McCourt and we both came to the decision that it was a good idea to begin to catch up on those units this summer. I am very interested in taking ENIN 140 Design thinking but have quickly realized that it is past the academic deadline to enroll. Vanessa advised me to contact the course Professor and the faculty of Arts and Science. Professor Hughson was open to me joining the course late but told me there were some more steps involved. I eventually contacted the Arts and Science online email and they advised me to come here to appeal for enrollment in this course late.
