Previously I had applied to drop the courses that I had failed, one of these courses being PHYS 242 in the fall of 2019. However I retook that course in the fall of 2020 and had received a passing grade of 60%, or a D-.
I had specified the year of the course in my appeal to drop the course because I needed this course as a prerequisite.
I can prove that I had passed the course on the OnQ page where all my grades for this course is listed. I know that I did not drop the course because I had completed it and received a D-.
I believe this was an administrative mistake, where the same course was dropped across two years, and I wish to get the dropped course of 242 in the fall 2020 back on my transcript, as I need it as a prerequisite.
