Petition Letter
Hi This is Lin Fangde. I need to transfer from the MATH 121 course to the MATH 121 online course. And ECON111 to online course.And transferring CISC102 to the online section. Because I did not get vaccinated and my vaccine accommodation was denied. But now these three courses I enrolled in requires students to attend an in-person final exam in December. I cannot attend final exam in December because I did not get vaccinated, and my vaccine accommodation was denied. Therefore, I need to transfer from an in-person course to the online sections. If I cannot transfer the in-person of these three courses, I cannot choose major before 2022 summer term , So I really need to transfer from these three in-person course to an online course section. Please consider my academic appeals.
