Dear associate dean,
My name is Jiaming Zhang and my student number is 20150557, I was automatically enrolled ECON262 because of the cancel of ECON241 during 2020 Winter term. When I knew this change, I did not pay enough attention to it, so I forgot it was a summer course, I thought this is a class during 2021 Fall and I may need this course so I did not drop this course immediately. Because of my negligence I didn't check my e-mail frequently, I was busy on other things after I finished the final exams of winter classes. When I want to enroll my course of 2021 Fall, I just noticed that I have an overdue payment, I just found out ECON262 is a summer class, I missed all the tutorials and exams.
I would like to appeal late drop for this course without penalty, because this course was not enrolled by myself.
