Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
My name is Sara Malik and I have been epileptic since I was almost 14 years old. For me, epilepsy is also an illness which has no pattern, therefore I can be completely okay one day and start having seizures the next. Furthermore I have already requested for Academic consideration for Extenuating Circumstances due to my medical reasons due to the fact that I've been having trouble with passing out and fainting which is a brand-new occurrence in my health issues, therefore it is quite scary. Fainting has impacted my health (having drop attacks, stress etc.). I have not been able to focus and concentrate on my work and I have even encountered serious head injuries after falling on floors.
