Petition Letter
To whom this may concern,
My name is Sara Malik, I am a first year student At Queen's and I am epileptic and have been having trouble with passing out and fainting which is a brand new occurrence in my health issues. I??ve talked about how fainting has impacted my health (having drop attacks, stress etc.). I have not been able to focus and concentrate on my work and I have even encountered head injuries after falling on floors. I hope that you can understand and grant me an extension as well as allow me to drop the course.
