Petition Letter
Hello,
I am applying for an Aegrotat grade for my Anat 315 lab exams. This past semester I injured my dominant shoulder in a queens rugby game and was instructed by queens med and Dr. Shallow(queens doctor) to not complete any task that may cause strain on the nerves in my shoulder and arm this includes writing and any other movement of any kind. I have spoken to Dr. Easteal and he directed me here in order to rectify the mark I currently have for the assignments.
