Petition Letter
I took course STAT 455 without the prerequisite course STAT 353 due to schedule conflict, as a result the grade of course STAT 455 is F in 2019 Fall semester. I repeated it in 2020 Fall semester, since I was overloaded with 5 4th year/graduate level advanced courses at the same time in this semester, the grade is D-. I repeated it again in 2021 Fall semester, but I only got a grade C- because of the severe physical discomfort caused by the flu around the time of final exam. Course STAT 455 is neither the core course nor the option course for my program plan, I apply for the grade of course STAT 455 in 2021 Fall semester as credit standing (CR) , and apply the score of course STAT 455 in other semesters will still be excluded from GPA.
