Petition Letter
To Whom It May Concern,
I'm Mengjia Lin majoring in Geography, and my Queen's student ID is 20159912. I'm planning to take a GPHY course at another institution during the Winter 2022. As a junior, I have some reasons why I need to take a winter-session course at another institution during the Winter 2022. I'd like to make best use of my spare time to complete some courses and transfer the credits back to Queen's University, thus I can spare more time for planning my internships and my application for graduate studies.
The host university is a Malaysian university, New Era University College (NEUC), and the course I will take at the host university is their GEO 330 Making Maps with Computer Aided Design, which is equivalent to Queen's University's GPHY 344 Cartography and Computer Aided Design.
I will contact my department to get a written permission and appeal to the Associate Dean (Studies).
Please kindly do me a favor to approve of my Letter of Permission.
