Appeal Date to Add Course:

Recently, I finished Anatomy 215 the last semester however I did not notice I had not been enrolled me in the the following Anatomy 216 class.
There was an apparent conflict with the lab dates on Tuesday (For ANAT 216) and my chemistry lab. However SOLUS was not correct because my chemistry lab day is on Wednesday, and does not conflict according to OnQ.
I tried swapping lab dates ( for CHEM) but failed. I try to reaching out to academic administers but they did not get back to me until after the deadline to add courses.
I asked the professor to give me permission to enter the course after the deadline so I can appeal - he successfully gave me his permission.
