Academic Plan
Hi there,
I was completely unaware of the academic advisement report that exists in SOLUS until this week when I was exploring the site, searching for a tool which could potentially show me if I was on track to graduate. I believe this has finally highlighted all my requirement needs for my degree which I was completely unaware of before. As mentioned above, I'm still waiting to hear back from the Arts & Science faculty to book an appointment with an academic advisor to review my plan one last time although I believe I know a proper strategy to complete my requirements now.
I am receiving medical treatment for my ADD diagnosis now, I am receiving therapy for my family issues, and I also feel recovered from my COVID-19 illness earlier in the month. Additionally, I am changing my living environment within the next week and have received word from my past employment that they can give me part time work this semester which should all lend to my success in adding CISC 101 and CISC 181 to my course load this semester.
Additionally, I have emailed the instructors of both courses today CISC 101 - Wendy Powley, and CISC 181 Richard Linley describing my situation to them but have not heard back at this time.
