Petition Letter
This appeal is due to a circumstance beyond my control. In order to enrol in DRAM 247 you need to submit a proposal of the production you wish to work on. However, I found out that I would be participating in this production after the deadline to enrol in the course which made it impossible for me to enrol on time. Since I did not know the possibility of participating in this production existed, there was no possible way for me to submit a proposal to take this course before the academic deadline.
