Petition Letter
I requst to choose courses in winter term. Because of the financial problems which caused me unable to choose courses in time, but now I already paid tuition fee and I do need to choose winter courses. I can catch up course work after I chosen course. I am switching University, so I do need credits in winter term, I can not wait until summer. Thank you for helping me to finish this.
