Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I took my final exam for Econ 250 on December 11th; the exam was in-person and I wrote/completed the entire exam. After the exam was completed, I did not receive a final exam mark from my instructor and instead had to e-mail my instructor requesting my exam mark. My Instructor replied on the 17th of December and I was then curtly informed that I had acquired a 0% on the exam. Given that I completed the entire exam and I was never accused of anything that would warrant a 0% (such as cheating), I am requesting a review of my instructors decision, I could have performed poorly, however I am certain I deserve better than 0%.
