In the 2019-20 school year, the world was in the grip of the dreaded coronavirus pandemic, so the school gave students a chance to convert their grades to P/F. At that time, I could not seize the opportunity due to family reasons. Specifically, my grandfather passed away in March of 2020. After hearing the news, I immediately took a plane from Canada to my home country, China. As the novel coronavirus outbreak had just broken out at that time, various procedures were very complicated and 14 days of isolation were required. After returning, I also need to help my family to take care of my grandfather's affairs, so I missed this opportunity.
