Dear Dr. Stephenson,
My name is Andrew Raymond Vella. My student number is 20241009. I have received notification that I have been required to withdraw for one year from the Faculty of Arts and Science effective May 25, 2022.
I am writing you to have an appeal heard past the deadline. I realize that my appeal should have been submitted by June 15, 2022, and humbly request that I am permitted to appeal at this point. I take full responsibility for missing the deadline. This process is completely new to me, and I was unaware of the deadline until today. I have a summer job that requires me to work 60-plus hours a week and I did not read the notification until today.
Thank you very much for considering my request to have an appeal heard past the deadline. I apologize for missing the original deadline and creating this additional work for you.
