Dear academic appeal office,
My name is Xingge Chang and my student number is 20169279. I am a 4th-year Film major student I am finalizing my course selection. I dropped a 6 unit course last academic year due to health reasons and I am supposed to make up for it this year. Therefore, I plan to take 2 extra courses from another university (Online) this fall term to make up for the 6 units. However, it would exceed the limit of the fall term.
I am writing this letter to request to take more courses this fall so I am on track toward graduation. I know it would be a heavier course load but it is the best way for me to graduate on time.
