Dear Appeal Center:
Good afternoon. I'm Pengyi Chen and student in math department. My student ID is 20212659. I am applying 3 elective courses ILOP for my winter term. ILOP center hope me can provide the request permission for a course overload.
I have been applied 2 courses for my FALL TERM in University of Shanghai Science and Technology. The courses start from 2022.10.10 to 2022.11.18. In addition I take 3 courses in Queen's University this term. I hope to apply another 3 courses for my winter holiday in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In SJTU, the courses will start from 2022.12.12-2022.01.06.
I applied appeal and get a permission two days ago. I appealed 2 courses in SJTU, 2 courses in University of Shanghai Science and Technology in addition to 12 units in Queen's. This time I hope to apply 3 courses in SJTU, 2 courses in University of Shanghai Science and Technology, in addition to 9 units in Queens.
I hope can get a permission that I can take courses in SJTU. My final will all finish in 2022.12.13 and I will have whole winter holiday time to take two elective courses in SJTU. I will do a good time management and also take courses in SJTU will not influence any courses take in Queens. It doesn't have time conflict. Next year, I will become a fourth year student, and I hope can take more research program or get an internship for my summer. So, I hope this winter can take more courses. And also, this term 3 courses can get a high mark in Queen's. This term courses are important for my graduate application, so I hope change 4 courses to 3 courses take in Queen's and make sure to complete these courses successfully.
