Petition Letter
My name is Jihao Li and I am a student from PHIL 301. I know the deadline of PHIL 301's 3rd essay is at today's noon, I worked in the morning and I finished editing it at 11:59, so I thought I did my best and tried to hand in my work, but when I tried to upload the file, it cycled for a long time, and I missed the chance of handing in the paper. I think the internet connection might be one of the reasons that caused the cycling because the wifi at my home was not stable at all and I cannot predict when it is good or bad, it does not have a pattern. But the time of the file which I wanted to hand in said that the last time I edited it was at 11:59. I did not mean to hand in late on purpose because I cannot control the internet connections. I tried to hand in as late as possible because I wanted to do my best and hand in at the last minute, and it used to be worked at the second paper, so I did not think too much about the internet.
