Petition Letter
To the Associate Dean,
I am petitioning to have my courses dropped for this last term, and for both terms in my first year. Since I came to Queens, I have been experiencing a couple of major extenuating circumstances that I have very recently started to get help for in the form of a counselor at Queens. I am making good progress with working through my circumstances and will be continuing to get help in January. He has informed me that with the documentation I have from him, I don't need to detail the events of my extenuating circumstances. Please do let me know if this is incorrect.
