To whom it may concern,
My name is Xinyuan Liang, student number is 20145248. I need to transfer 3 courses outside of Queens because I am missing 3 credits to graduate. I will graduate in June 2023, and the department suddenly contacted me and said the two courses I transferred in the past, PSYC 101 and PSYC 103, are exclusive, which the ILOP did not inform me of this situation. Because of this, I will have to get 3 more credits to graduate. I took these courses outside of Queens because I am applying for engineering master's degree, which I need to get more engineering backgrounds and knowledge, but the academic regulation in the art and science department only allowed me to get a maximum of 6 credits from other faculties, but I had already done 3 engineering courses and there is one more in the next semester, so I needed to take these courses to make up for the missing credits I needed for graduation due to this academic regulation.
