Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I am writing this appeal in hopes of adding the BIOL103 course to my schedule past the add/drop deadline. I have been struggling with undiagnosed ADHD and have greatly been impacted by it which has been reflected in my grades and GPA. I entered into a major that I am unhappy with and would like to attempt to attain a better grade in this course to apply for a biology major at the end of the winter semester. I am now working with clinicians to treat my ADHD as well as with councillors and academic advisors to work towards a more successful future as a student. Thank you for your time.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I am now diagnosed and aware of how my struggles have previously made school more difficult for me. I am learning from professionals and educating myself on methods to improve studying as well as starting medication to treat my ADHD. I have taken a lighter course load in my third year and have found it to be beneficial. I plan to continue working with my doctors and councillors to ensure my grades improve and have them reflect my work ethic more accurately.
