My name is Zheng Rongyu (20154949) and I am writing this letter to appeal for an additional 3 units of optional courses at University of New Brunswick for the winter semester of my final year. Since I need to travel between Kingston and Montreal for about a month in the second half of the semester to prepare for my Film460 final project, I may not be able to take all five in person classes; therefore, I planned to take one more course during the winter term, and because I have already taken 6 units in the 2022 fall term and 6 units in winter2023, so I am writing it to ask for your permission. That will be really crucial to me which can help me graduate on time. Thanks for reading and understanding, and I sincerely hope to get your reply and help.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: At present, I currently need to take one more course to meet the requirements for my graduation. Except the in person courses I enrolled in Queens, I plan to take one more online course from University of New Brunswick.
As for the elective course of University of New Brunswick, I plan to choose one called MATH 1503 Introduction to Linear Algebra because I am very interested in mathematics and want to learn something that is not involved in my major courses. During the study period, I will attend class on time and finish the homework assigned by the professors. Also, I will treat every exam seriously to get good grade in this course.
