Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,

My name is Michelle Kwok Xi and and my student number is 20235088, major in General Arts and Science. Sorry for request to waive a petition deadline now, I'm facing a big task trouble.

Since the summer of 2020, I chose to return to my country which is China, because of the covid outbreak. Now after some time of reflection, I decided to petition for late course withdraw.
Due to some technical issues, when I have been in China, I have not been able to seek help from the school for my future plans in life. A lot of valid information was not available to me or available immediately.

Unfortunately I contracted Covid last month, and only recently I had the energy to face this problem, but I missed the opportunity to submit the petition on time.

I hope you are willing to give me a chance to Waive a Petition Deadline, please. This is really importante to me.
