Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I hope you are doing well. My name is Arian Ebrahimian (20273909). I am writing to inform you that I would like to drop my chemistry course CHEM282 for the current semester.
I understand that dropping a course may affect my academic progress, but I believe it is in my best interest to prioritize my mental health(first was personal and then a family problem was added to it). Student Wellness registered me to QSAS too. I talked to Dr.Petitjean the undergraduate chemistry chair and with her help, I will get my lab marks from this semester and do the course material in the summer.
I appreciate your understanding in this matter and I hope to have your support in making this decision. Please let me know if there are any further steps I need to take to formally drop the course.
