Hope this letter finds you well.
My name is Lingjie Kong and my student number is 20260304. Sorry for submitting this letter so late as these days I am very busy. I am writing this email because I want to keep the IN grade of my class that called chem 281 to June. When the date that the deferred exam hold, my health situation is very bad, so I went to school and talked to the teacher who who guides candidates and told him the situation. He told me to go home and contract my professor of the class. So I sent an email to Professor John and submit a consideration with a doctor note from the doctor. Then, Professor John told me that I can finish the exam during June period, and tell me to write a letter to keep my 'IN grade, so I wrote this letter to you.
