I have been taking a directed reading course LING 501 with Dr. Adele Mercier in 2022 Winter.At that time, I have Dr. Mercier's approval that I could take the time I need to complete this directed reading course.The grade on SOLUS had been appearing as a F after 2022 Fall.I was told that this grade could be updated once I finish the final exam of this course.
On May 4th, Dr. Mercier had finished the grading of this course. However, she has been making effort to let either the LLCU department or the PHIL department to update my grade to the SOLUS system and it is taking forever.I was instructed by Dr. Mercier to submit a petition so that my scheduled graduation in June 2023 will not be delayed.
