Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: The final grade for my MATH121 course was not provided to me within a reasonable time frame. I would have been able to honour the summer term registration date however I unfortunately received the information that I failed well after the registration deadline .Throughout the school year I had been struggling with my mental health and was on numerous different medications each of which inhibited my learning in different ways. I had reached out to numerous counsellors and began making changes nearing the final examination however my lack of understanding from first semester made it very hard for me to succeed on the final.
