Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I was uncessful in completing the Math120/Math121 course during the Fall/Winter semester and only found out my grade today which is why I am only applying to start the course after the deadline passed. I believe part of my inability to succeed in the course is due to not having access to my IEP accomodations in the Fall session. As I did not have access to my 1.5x time nor access to a calculator on the midterms as per my IEP, I was unable to finish the exams and do as well I should have. I believe that I can succeed in the course and would really appreciate the opportunity to take it during the summer term as I will be able to focus more on the content as I am only taking two courses and will have access to my full accomodations.
