Petition Letter: As I am currently on exchange organizing my summer courses was very difficult. I could not reach out and properly schedule meetings with my academic advisors. I needed to understand how taking the summer course would affect my schedule and the breakdown of my academic progress for my final fourth year. This thus delayed my registration for the course and prevented me from signing up for the course on time.

Academic Plan: I will be able to take the course as I will be done my exchange and will therefore be able to dedicate all of my time and effort to the course and as well have spoken to my academic advisors and have sorted out the planning of my schedule for next year.
