New Information: I have the doctors note that I have gotten now that states that I have now recovered and am able to complete academic requirements. I have older documentation as well which is a doctor's note from when I was sick during the examination period and the medications that I was given. I was also given xrays and throat swabs but the clinic that I got them at is not providing me with documentation.
