Petition Letter: Dear Associate Dean (Studies),
I am appealing to drop the course PHAR100 past the drop-a-course deadline. I began taking the course the summer of 2014 and was able to complete all except the final exam, which was worth 60 of the total course. By the end of the course I became ill and was unable to complete the exam. I have provided documentations to my professor and for my previous appeal. My professor told me that I was able to complete the exam within one year after the course has finished. With this information in mind, we emailed back and forth throughout the year trying to figure out a date to write the exam that is convenient for both of us. Unfortunately I was mistaken that the exam must be written not within one year after the course but after one semester. The course appears to be an ¿¿F¿ on my transcript, which is the reason I want to drop the course.
Sincerely,
Lily Li
