Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I decided to take my last 3 electives in UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia) for several reasons. The first reason is that the tuition fees for these elective courses are considerably high. Given that I have already completed all the major courses required for my degree at Queen's University, it poses a significant financial burden for me to return just for the elective courses. The second reason is GPA concerns. My academic record has been impacted by the elective courses I've taken at Queen's University, which has adversely affected my overall GPA. As you may check from my academic record, my JAPAN100 and MUSC104 all have poor grades. If I were to complete the remaining electives outside the campus, it would not further impact my GPA, thus preserving my academic achievements and prospects.
