New Information: Hi there,
Via email I was informed I should send a letter as to why I missed the June 13th calendar date as well as provide documentation, my document should outline why I remained in the hospital, however I missed the date due to:
1. I had an ongoing exam for MATH121 that I had extended all the way until july 31st to complete
2. I was admitted to the hospital and my condition was worsening up until July 15th
