Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Here is the reason I could not submit petition by June 13. My grandmother died and I felt a depression but I was still trying to submit my assignments, but I can not use my email suddenly. Then I was panicked and I didn’t know what should I do because I can not communicate with instructors. To be honest I gave up to submit but I realized if I did it I can not continue my studies in queen’s university.
I really want to submit my assignments and I want to ask regarding courses if it is possible.
