Petition Letter: Good Afternoon,
I am writing to let you know that I have been unable to write my final exam for BCHM 270 on August 23 for reasons related to my disability. My accommodations coordinator is aware of my situation and supports my request. This is what she has advised me to detail in this email.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
Note: I was forced to write my midterm exam while I was unwell, and I would like the opportunity to write my final exam when I am in a healthy position to do so.
